-- Repented, God had regret, sorrow
-- Temperate, God is temperate
-- Wept
-- Wrath of God, penalty for disobedience

God passed by before Moses and proclaimed that he was merciful, gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, and forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin. --- Exodus 34:6-7

God also said in Romans and Galatians, that he is righteousness, peace, and joy --- Romans 14:17-20

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit. who has also filled you with goodness and all knowledge. --- Romans 15:13-14

The fruit, or works, of those who have the Spirit of God, given to those that obey God:

love
joy
peace
patience
gentleness
goodness
faith
meekness
temperance

Those doing these things will inherit the kingdom of God. --- Galatians 5:22-23

God also spells out some of the works of the people of this world that do not have his Spirit:
adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, among others.
Adding that those who do these things will not inherit the kingdom of God. --- Galatians 5:19-21
