All men will die the first death because all men have sinned.

Only God can give life.

God will only give life to those that have chosen to follow him, obey his commandments, and have their names written in the book of life.

Exodus 32:33 KJV
[33] And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

Jesus will return to earth to gather his followers, dead and alive. He will resurrect the dead into new bodies, and will give those still living new bodies in a twinkling of an eye.

Only the followers of Jesus will see life again or continue in life, but those who have chosen to not follow Jesus will not see life.

John 3:36 KJV
[36] He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

There are only two options, a person believes on Jesus or not.
Those who believe on Jesus will be changed into new bodies on the last day.
Those who do not believe in Jesus will not see life.
Their names will have been blotted out of the book of life, and the wrath of God will remain on them.
