Psalm 14:1 KJV
[1] To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Commentary
In the beginning, God created all things.
There is only one beginning, and there is only one God.
He is a fool who says there is no God.
He is a fool who says God did not create all things.
He is a fool who says God is not Lord of the seventh day sabbath.
