John 8:9, new versions omit "being convicted by their own conscience"

John 8:9 KJV
[9] And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

Commentary

Some new versions have even omitted John 8:1-11 where the woman caught in adultery identifies Jesus as God; calling him Master.

Jesus is shown to be God because he forgives her sin which only God can do.

Jesus is shown to be God because he knows the thoughts of man, and only God can know the thoughts of man.

The law is shown to be still standing when Jesus puts the woman back under the law by telling her to go and sin no more.

John 8:11 KJV
[11] She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
