Reformation by Jesus of the new covenant.
The new covenant between God and man began when Jesus died.
John 19:30 KJV
[30] When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

The new covenant, for God to have a people
Jeremiah 31:33 KJV
[33] But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
The new covenant may be wilfully disobeyed. Man's choice, obey and live, disobey and die.

The new covenant makes the old covenant of animal sacrifices vanish away

The new covenant is the same Ten Commandments as the old covenant, but is now written in fleshy tables of the heart.

God desires a people for himself.
Leviticus 26:9 KJV
[9] For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

God had a covenant with natural Israel, the Ten Commandments that were written on stone tables and kept in the ark of the covenant.

The same Ten Commandments written by God in stone tables and kept in the ark of the covenant are the same Ten Commandments written by God in the fleshy tables of the heart.
